AI4Students – Building the Future of Intelligent Academic Support
AI4Students is an innovative digital transformation initiative developed by the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE) with the mission of enhancing student success through responsible Artificial Intelligence.
The project aims to create an integrated, modular, and scalable ecosystem of AI-powered services that support students throughout their academic journey—from undergraduate and master’s studies to doctoral research.
AI4Students addresses two essential pillars of academic life:

- Mental health and emotional wellbeing
Why AI4Students?
Higher education is undergoing profound transformation. Students and researchers face increasingly complex challenges:
- Rapid growth of scientific information
- Information overload
- Academic stress and performance pressure
- Difficulties identifying research opportunities
- Limited access to personalised support services
At the same time, the widespread adoption of generative AI tools raises important questions regarding reliability, transparency, ethics, and responsible usage.

ResearchLens supports doctoral students, researchers, and academic staff in exploring scientific literature and conducting advanced research activities.
The platform enables users to:

🧠 SENTIA Wellbeing for Students
SENTIA Wellbeing is an intelligent student support companion focused on psycho-emotional wellbeing that enables students to:
- Monitor stress, anxiety, sleep quality, and emotional wellbeing
- Track psychological indicators over time
- Receive evidence-based recommendations
- Access personalised self-help resources
- Benefit from early risk detection mechanisms
- Connect with university counselling services when necessary
SENTIA Wellbeing for Students is designed to complement, not replace, professional psychological support.
